How do I get my camera to ask for the network password?
I have tried repeatedly to try to reset camera but it still won’t show up as a camera in my WiFi. It has a back button which i hold for 20 seconds and it will not reset
Can't log in
My camera was having live feed issues where it was still recording events, you just couldn't view the live feed! So I erased My camera so I could just reconnect it like A new camera after I reset it! Only all of A sudden my app wouldn't open properly! As soon as id click it itd open for about A split second then it'll jump Me over to My browser to the website where it doesn't matter what you push there is only two options and they it dont do anything even the return to previous page doesn't return you to the app! Tried updating the app in the playstore but it was already up to date. I was able to log into my account if I went through A link from an older email from Tend! But if i tried to from where it kept sending me it wouldn't let me! So but I was able to get into my events and view and save a few videos that way without the app. Then the next thing I know A whole weeks worth of videos started disappearing till they were gone! It allowed me to change my password cause it kicked Me out at that point. It let me login once just to see i have no recordings then booted me out again. Now it doesn't matter what link I use I cant seem to get back to the part of your profile where your recordings are stored! It's as if everyone of your systems failed simultaneously or back to back like the domino effect. So what do yall recommend i do to get my app back working or atleast be able to see my recordings that are already stored automatically for A week?
