To change the password associated with your iSecurity+ account:
1. Login at https://app.isecurityplus.com.
2. Click on Profile in the top right corner.
3. Click on Reset Password.
4. You will receive an email (sent to the email address associated with your iSecurity+ account) which will provide you instructions on resetting your password.

I'm just trying to reset my password
hi this is a nightmare no matter what i do nothing helps should i jut try another camera i have really like my tend until i can't use it i hope someone can help me just get it back on line
this issue has been unresolved so long why is it so hard?? I know I'm not the most computer savvy but...i just need some help or a new camera to try again with tend
my wfi is running properly and my provider says you should be able to get me on line easily.
who should i believe
all i know is i dont have a camera
im so tired
