    hi  this is a nightmare  no matter what i do nothing helps should i jut try another camera i have really like my tend until i can't use it   i hope someone can help me just get it back on line

    this issue has been unresolved so long    why   is it so hard?? I know I'm not the most computer savvy but...i just need some help or a new camera to try again with tend

    my wfi is running properly and my provider says you should be able to get me on line easily.

    who should i believe

    all i know is i dont have a camera

    HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY THAT MOTHING YOU HAVE SUGGESTED ,WHICH I HAVE TRIED ALL, DO NOT WORK. I STILL DO NOT HAVE A CAMERA.
