Firmware does not update

When I launch the iPhone app, it tells me there is a critical update for the camera that must be installed.  I click "Update Now", and it tries to update.  About a half-hour later when I again launch the app, it still wants me to update.

My current version is 00.12.015

  sometimes the firmware doesn't get updated due to lose of data packages and will not completed, and therefore, will ask you to update again. Just try again and make sure that your camera is close to your router when you update firmware.
