Cannot find “Premium Service” Redemption button.

    We have modified our user account database systems to remove the need for redemption codes.  When you created your Seedonk account (through the camera product installation wizard process), your account was automatically granted the year of premium service.  That's why the "Redeem Code" button does not appear when you sign into your account.

     Since I hooked up my camera one month was free and working great , record and watch , I paid for 1 year subsciption , since that month ended I canot see any recordings and nothing workes afyer one month .6 months has passed and still nothing , and I bought 1year subsciption for $60.00 , aprox 'What TO do ?? What do ?  I need security cam @record ??

    ma caméra ça marche pas à cause de isecurity+ parce que j'ai déjà passé à un mois d'essai gratuit est-ce que obligé je dois acheter isecurity+ ya un autre solution de caméra frais
