cant not pair lynx indoor 2 after a 5 resets.

i moved the camera to a different location with a different router.  it would not pair there so I brought it back home and i get nothing.   it was set up and working fine until all the moving around.  I have tried many times to reset and set up new camera  or sign in and add camera  i still cant get it to show up
