Can someone help me? I’ve been back and forth with support for 3 days and my camera won’t work. How do I reset it so I can set it up? All it does is blink red 4 times and stay off or blinks green continuousley, never red and green. So frustrated!

  I hear ya Khalil, I'm having the same issues....I hate a company that does not offer a phone number to call for support.  Sending a text to explain in THEIR  support jargon really does not help.
