Is the camera switched to the right way, or is it accidentally on setup

Yes sadly, so download them before then

Or find firmware online and install it directly manually by yourself

Turn switch to other setting, go to WiFi settings in your phone and connect to minion camera and link the two. If not working, pin size hole in back of cam, reset the entire camera
