event recordings

My recording stopped showing events last week.  1/11/2020.  I have unlimited storage for this camera for 1 week before it is deleted.  Why are there no recorded events for 1 week?

  Was there a resolution to your situation of not getting recordings? I am experiencing the same for almost a week.

  Yes, the recordings seemed to return on there own, although it took some time and I think the camera was rebooted 4 to 6 times before it returned to normal.  I think mine was out for a couple of months before the recordings started showing up normally.  I have an Android device and it only glitched on mine.  My wife has an I-phone and it never did it on her device.

  That's my problem. How do i get my events to show?Really hate to reboot cameras ,all day job getting set up again...shross1@yahoo.com
