Tend Insight and long download time from cloud

Since the purchase of my Tend insight i have had issues with watching events 

I have been communicating with Tend and have followed all their instruction I do not have an issue with my internet speed but to download any event it can take over 10 mins and more to complete the action and by them I have given up

Is this the normal with everybody trying to view events?
