Night vision not working

I have a lynx indoor 2. Night vision is not working properly. If there is some fair amount of light, the image will appear in black and white, but in real dark, at night, it is just black, no image. If I use my phone flashlight to create an indirect source of light, the video will appear in black and white, but if all the lights of the house are turned off, there will be no image at all. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

  I am having the same issue with just one of our Lynx Indoor 2 cameras.

  I'm having same situation when is totally dark out I walk in front of camera and can not see anything
