Recorded video not playing

    Same with mine, was told they do not support below 11 versions on phones anymore.

    Yes, Liz.  I have the same problem for about the same time frame.  I didn't even know I could login on a computer and view it, so thanks for that help! I have solely used the app on my phone up to this point.  Annoying that it suddenly doesn't work anymore unless you download the videos to your phone.

    The reason is because I have an iPhone 5 which does not support ios 11.  Thank you rmgm.

    I was told it was because I was running an old version of iOS.  I had held off on upgrading because of battery life, but went ahead and did it and video does play with iOS 12

    I Believed it would work on any smart phone.
    Presently disappointed. ... hope I can resolve it with their tech support..

    Locksmith Training Scotland 

    I have motion detection on and it records various video snippets.  When I go into the app to look at recorded video, there is a still picture on the video.  When I click on the video to play it, it is all black.  This started sometime last week or so (early October).  If I download the video to my phone, or email it to myself, I can see the video.  I can also log in from my computer to the web site for looking at cameras/video, and can watch the video there.  Anyone else having this problem?
