Recorded video not playing
I have motion detection on and it records various video snippets. When I go into the app to look at recorded video, there is a still picture on the video. When I click on the video to play it, it is all black. This started sometime last week or so (early October). If I download the video to my phone, or email it to myself, I can see the video. I can also log in from my computer to the web site for looking at cameras/video, and can watch the video there. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, Liz. I have the same problem for about the same time frame. I didn't even know I could login on a computer and view it, so thanks for that help! I have solely used the app on my phone up to this point. Annoying that it suddenly doesn't work anymore unless you download the videos to your phone.
