My camera went offline about 2 days ago hadn't been moved or anything and I switched it to set up now and I do not see the command set up new camera I see one that says delete but I don't want to choose that one unless you tell me to or help me do it but my camera is not working at all even when I plug it in and switch it to camera and away from setup it doesn't come back on I mean it has done this periodically you know why y'all are doing maintenance or something but never this long

I have read to update firmware but i do not see anywhere on the app or online that it is asking me anything about updating firmware???? Thanks.

You can delete camera and set it up as a new one

Or find firmware online and install it directly manually by yourself
