How to gain control on Friend's Shared Camera?

I have 2 web cameras set up at 2 different places (2 different networks).
Is there a way that I could have these 2 cameras setup into 1 seedonk account, and able to control them? On top of that, is it possible to have the same 2 cameras set up into another seedonk account with control too?
At the moment, this is what we've done.
Set up Cam 1 in Account 1.
Set up Cam 2 in Account 2.
Shared Cam 1 to Account 2
Shared Cam 2 to Account 1.
However, with such settings, Account 1 only can control Cam 1 and not Cam 2. Same for Account2.
Please suggest a way that Account 1 & Account 2 can both control Cam 1 & Cam 2.

You may EITHER have Account 1 OR Account 2 control both Cam 1 & Cam 2. Cameras may only be registered to a single Seedonk user account at a time. (This is known as the owner.) You may share cameras out to other users, but they will not be able to control the cameras' Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) functions or configure the cameras. Only the owner has that privilege.
During the camera setup process, if you choose to setup the camera with Seedonk, the setup wizard will ask for your Seedonk account info. To register the 2nd camera with the 1st, simply enter the same Seedonk username and password as you did with the 1st camera.
