Cameras not capturing activities for hours at a time😡

I have 3 active Minion Cameras set up.  Two are on one WiFi and one is on the second WiFi which is super fast!  I have had this problem before and all I ever get from Tend is RESET CAMERA!   Once they told me to change server to view from their old to the new server!  This has been an ongoing problem for a long time but lately with capture rate set at 50% it will go for hours with one or more cameras not capturing activity!   But I can move the capture rate to 75% and they will capture the wind blowing and if I move them back to 50% they go back to work like they should?  Today one camera last capture was at 7:03 AM and the other Two were before that!  When I checked at 3:15 PM there had been 0 captures since the one at 7:03 AM.  That is 8 hours with tons of activity all around the view of the cameras!   Also I have had cameras disabled without me doing anything?  The cameras can not disable themselves!!!   Don’t tell me to reset again!

  This happens to ours all the time, too. Worse is when it begins to video something and then stops dead even though the activity continues.
