The server issues were resolved but have been keeping an eye on them to ensure that this is the case. Your ability to access your cameras should have returned to normal.
The Lynx event playback issue is still being addressed.
11:30 AM Pacific:
Currently there are two major issues that we are aware of.
- We had been experiencing server issues this morning. I just received word that the issue has been addressed and your service should be returning to normal. A quick reboot of the cameras may be required is they have not come back of their own accord.
- Lynx Cameras event playback
- There is an issue with event playback through the Mobile App. We have located the issue and are working on its resolution.
- In the interim:
- you can view your events through the web app available at app.isecurityplus.com. Just login with the same credentials you normally do.
